SAMPLE ITINERARY:

Monday

Arrive at our 125 acre farm by 4pm, check into your luxury glamping safari tent or farmhouse inn suite (max 2 per tent, king bed), explore a bit and get settled. At sunset, join us on our covered patio for an Amuse-Bouche & Aperitif Fireside Soiree to welcome you to our farm. Afterwards, enjoy a farm-to-table style dinner in our stunning barn. After dinner, enjoy some gourmet s'mores by the bonfire.

Tuesday

Spiced pancakes and apple cider mimosas? Yes, please! After breakfast, join our on-site forager for a walkabout in the woods. Learn about and explore our woodlands and forage for edible mushrooms that will be used in your dinner that evening. When you come back, enjoy lunch and wine on our deck overlooking the Gilbertsville Farmhouse hayfields.

Take the afternoon to relax in our Hammock Park, enjoy the on-site beach, sip wine by the fire in our island gazebo, take a nap, read, or explore local attractions like Ommegang Brewery and the Baseball Hall of Fame.

In the evening, gather in our Chandelier Barn for a beautifully decorated candlelit dinner. Hear from a master winemaker about how the wine you are drinking went from the vine to the bottle. After dinner, head to our after-hours lounge for a digestif cocktail and dessert.

Savor another farm fresh breakfast in the Hayloft. We know it will be difficult, but then it's good-byes, check-out and see you next time!
