THANK YOU FOR SCHEDULING YOUR TOUR.

We can’t wait to meet you in person!

To make the most of your visit, please see our suggestions below.

  • It’s helpful to have a clear idea of your total wedding budget before visiting.

Your time is valuable and we want to make the best use of it while you are here. Having a budget in mind helps us best guide you and it also helps us determine which offer and package would work best for you.

  • Please bring anyone you would like to see the venue prior to booking with you to the tour.

If there is anyone who needs to see the venue before you book your date, make sure they are available on your tour date. Our tour availability is limited and so are our available dates, so you want to make the most of your venue tour.

  • Just a reminder, we cannot hold dates without a signed contract.

Our dates are limited, so if you think you may be ready to commit to a date after your tour, please bring your checkbook. In order to book your date a 25% booking deposit is required.

Also, make sure you check with your family and VIP guests regarding dates to make sure that there are no other milestone events that would conflict with your desired dates.

  • If you need to postpone or cancel your visit, please give us at least 24 hours notice.

Our tour availability is limited, please give another couple the chance to visit if you cannot make your scheduled tour date.

  • Do you have a question you need answered right away?

If you have questions before your tour, please email us.

  • Let us know if you need local accommodation recommendations.

If you are planning to stay overnight in the area after your tour, let us know and we will send you information to help you plan your stay.
